Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders of 100$ or more. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Once picked up for delivery, the tracking number can be used to follow your order. We use expedited, 2 to 7 business days,
with a network of multiple logistics partners that provides a tracking number.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is used, your order cannot be processed and will be subject to cancellation or modification.

Courier delivery (local delivery) is also available within a 10km radius of our office located at 5455 Avenue De Gaspé, Montreal, Quebec, H2T 3B3. You can select this option at checkout. Deliveries are made Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. To ensure the quality and the integrity of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns at any time.
